00:00A senior citizen was hospitalized after he fell from a pickup truck in Cebu.

00:05Femarie Dumabok of GMA Regional TV witnessed the tragedy.

00:15At 9 in the morning, a white pickup truck was driving on Cebu's South Coastal Road.

00:20Some passengers were working at a construction site in Talisay City, Cebu.

00:25One of the truck's passengers was sitting on the side of the truck when he suddenly fell.

00:31Another 65-year-old man, who works as a mason, also fell.

00:36The victim suffered a head injury.

00:38According to the City of Talisay Traffic Operations and Development Authority,

00:42while the truck was going uphill, the engine died.

00:45So the passengers pushed it from behind.

00:48So he advised the other passengers who were going uphill,

00:52to push the truck from behind so that the head wouldn't get injured.

00:58So he was lucky.

00:59According to the truck's driver, he didn't notice that the victim fell.

01:04My father was driving.

01:06So I was worried that I would reach the end of the road.

01:10When I reached the end of the road, I parked my car.

01:15There was a bump in the road.

01:18The incident was later bluttered.

01:20And the victim is still waiting for the medical results.
