Mitten im Gerichtsaal erleidet der menschenfeindliche Richter Stefan Mortensen einen Schlaganfall und muss in ein Pflegeheim. Eingesperrt in seinem eigenen Körper begegnet er einem älteren Langzeitpatienten, der die Kinderpuppe Jenny Pen einsetzt, um die Bewohner zu tyrannisieren und zu foltern. Bei dem Versuch, sich The Rule of Jenny Pen entgegenzustellen, kommt es zu einem gewalttätigen Showdown zwischen den beiden Männern.
