U.S. chip design giant Nvidia has agreed to build an artificial intelligence R&D center in Vietnam. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang signed a deal in Hanoi with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, who called the partnership a significant milestone for the Southeast Asian country.
