00:08President Barack Obama has said the U.S. Congress made a mistake by overriding his veto and
00:13pushing through a bill that allows legal action against Saudi Arabia over the 9-11 attacks.

00:22U.S. government. Wednesday's vote was the first time that Obama's veto power was overruled.
00:27India's military has carried out surgical strikes along the de facto border with Pakistan
