00:00Good evening from Leipzig where Uno Emery has held his pre-match press conference ahead
00:07of tomorrow night's Champions League clash with RB Leipzig.
00:12Press conference only ended about half an hour ago but we've already been kicked out
00:15of the building which is why this is being filmed outside next to a very busy road so
00:19apologies for the traffic noise and you might be able to hear Slipknot in the background
00:24as well because they're playing next door which caused a bit of traffic carnage in actually
00:28getting to the press conference but when we did get here it was Uno Emery and Morgan
00:32Rodgers who spoke. Emery basically challenged Villa to break their limits tomorrow night
00:39by beating RB Leipzig. He pointed out that Leipzig are regulars in the knockout stages
00:46of the Champions League even though they are without a point in this year's competition
00:52and sit in the bottom three. For the hosts it's a desperation stage. Their boss Marco
00:59Rose described it as a must-win game and Uno Emery thinks that's going to make for a really
01:06good game. Interesting to hear from Morgan Rodgers as well. Very humble Rodgers. He's
01:13basically said that he doesn't feel like he's an established Premier League player which
01:16is some comment really because he's one of only two Villa players to have started every
01:20Premier League game. He's also just made his England debut last month but he basically
01:24said that he feels there's a lot more to come. He feels he needs to be more consistent and
01:29he said that he wants to be considered one of the best players in the Champions League
01:33with obviously a fantastic experience for him and the Villa players this season playing
01:37in it but you get the sense with Rodgers that he really wants to kick on. He's come a long
01:41way in the space of what, 11 months? The first joy for Middlesbrough to become a key part
01:48of Villa's team. In terms of injury news, nothing new to report really. Leon Bailey
01:54is out as we expected. Uno Emery said it's not a bad injury though, his hamstring issue
01:58and that he could even play at Nottingham Forest on Saturday but otherwise it's as you
02:04were with Villa and it will be interesting to see what Uno Emery does in terms of that
02:11forward line, whether he plays Jadon Fillerjean or whether he does something else.
