This veggie-loaded spaghetti offers all the comfort with less carbs.

00:00Spaghetti and meatballs. It's the ultimate comfort dish, but let's be honest. It's not exactly diet
00:05I'm going to show you how to lighten it up by swapping out the meats and sneaking in some extra veggies
00:11I'm using turkey meat. I'm going to do half dark ground meat and half ground turkey breast
00:17Which is really lean I add to it one egg
00:21frozen spinach a little bit of Parmesan

00:31I'm using my favorite jar of marinara sauce, but the other jar I'm actually going to use a sauce that has

00:48Here's how I make the zucchini noodles or zoodles. I just use a zucchini and a spiralizer and

01:00So I give the zucchini noodles a quick saute

01:06Some brown rice noodles just so it's not all zucchini still makes you feel like you're eating pasta
