00:13Good afternoon to all of you and to all of our listeners.
00:16The effects of the shear line continues in the eastern part of Central and Southern Luzon.
00:21North-East Monson is affected in the Northern Luzon and the rest of Central Luzon and Eastern East,
00:25and the rest of the country.
00:27In the Eastern East, it will continue to bring rain.
00:30There are isolated thunderstorms in Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Aurora, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catanduanes.
00:38In the Eastern East, it will bring rain in Eastern Tamar, Dinagat Island, Surigao del Norte, and Surigao del Sur.
00:43North-East Monson will also bring rain in Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Caninga, Mountain Province, and Ipugao.
00:49The weather is better in the eastern part of the country, where there are chances of localised thunderstorms in the eastern part of the country.
