00:00John, how are you doing? Great to see you.
00:05Oh yeah, good to see you too.
00:07Thank you. I wanted to ask...
00:09Be careful, be careful.
00:10I wanted to get your opinion on Daniel Penney.
00:13A lot of people are calling for Trump to give him the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
00:19Well, he's a hero.
00:22You think he's a hero?
00:23Oh, for sure.
00:24Yeah? How so?
00:25Well, because you listen to his testimony.
00:28I mean, if you're in that situation, I can easily put myself in that situation.
00:31Yeah.
00:32And I know... I don't know if I have the guts that he had...
00:35Okay.
00:36...to confront when somebody says, I'm going to kill somebody here.
00:39And you don't know what to do and you know the other people are not going to be able to defend themselves.
00:46Yeah.
00:47So you say, do I make a move now or not?
00:49Holy smokes, that's a big deal.
00:52I don't know if I'd be as brave as he is.
00:54It's a bit of a contentious topic, though.
00:56Some people...
00:57I know.
00:58Will it divide the country further if Trump gives him the medal?
01:01Well, I don't know about that stuff.
01:03I just know the guy did an extraordinary thing.
01:07You know, it's good for people to have...
01:11There are heroes among us and there are people in the military who are supposed to be able to stand up to things.
01:17And here's an example of somebody who did.
01:20When you think about this Luigi guy, that people are calling him a hero for the UnitedHealthcare murder, is that...
01:29Let's not get into that, please.
01:31No.
01:32That's a sick thing.
01:35Yeah.
01:36Let's leave it as it is.
01:37Yeah.
01:38I mean, I guess some people don't consider Daniel a hero, but then other people consider Luigi...
01:46You know what I mean?
01:47Look.
01:48Yeah.
01:49It's important that people have some kind of sense of right and wrong.
01:52Yeah.
01:53And we've gotten a little away from that.
01:56And people have got to go back to being good citizens themselves and have a high standard for their behavior.
02:02Yeah.
02:03And then they'll be able to make a judgment on what's going on in front of them.
02:06Right.
02:07Right now we've got a lot of messed up people who have been given a microphone occasionally.
02:12But look.
02:14Right and wrong is very, very important.
02:19And we've lost our way a little bit.
02:21Let's get back to saying a little prayer before bed or something.
02:26Yeah.
02:27Anyway, I'm going to go.
02:28Okay.
02:29God bless.
