00:20change. I think the important thing to know is the government is already acting to ensure that
00:24children don't fall through the cracks. We're introducing landmark reforms to overhaul children's
00:29social services and on homeschooling in particular we are looking at how we strengthen protections
00:35so that homeschooling can't be used to conceal abuse.
