เปิดคลิปจากผู้ใช้ TikTok @cibpolice โพสต์คลิปพร้อมระบุข้อความว่า “รีวิวห้องขัง CIB ตามคำเรียกร้อง ตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง (CIB) มืออาชีพ เป็นกลาง เคียงข้างประชาชน” โดยคลิปดังกล่าวเป็นคลิปตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง(CIB) รีวิวห้องควบคุมผู้ต้องหา เผยให้เห็นพื้นที่จริงพร้อมดูแลอย่างดี แต่ทางที่ดีอย่ามาดีกว่า โดย CIB ให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมอีกด้วยว่า ผู้ต้องหาตามหมายจับในคดีต่าง ๆ ทางพนักงานสอบสวนจะมีอำนาจหน้าที่ในการควบคุมตัวผู้ต้องหาเป็นเวลาไม่เกิน 2 วัน หรือ 48 ชั่วโมง เพื่อทำการสอบสวนผู้ต้องหาให้เสร็จสิ้น ซึ่งหากพนักงานสอบสวน ไม่ให้ผู้ต้องหาประกันตัว ก็จะนำตัวผู้ต้องหาส่งศาลเพื่อฝากขังต่อไป ทั้งนี้หากผู้ต้องหาถูกฝากขังที่CIB จะมีอาหารฟรี 3 มื้อ, ญาติเยี่ยมได้ 3 เวลา คือ 08.00 - 09.00 น. / 12.00 - 13.00 น. / 16.00 - 17.00 น. และสิทธิอื่น ๆ ที่ผู้ต้องหาพึงจะได้รับตามกฎหมาย
