00:00I don't think we've seen this much hype in a long time or maybe ever around a
00:09alleged murderer becoming this lusted after figure. Honestly, I think social media has
00:16more to do with it than anything else. I feel like this is the most significant kind of,
00:23you know, this wasn't a school shooting. It could be a really attractive school shooter,
00:27for instance, and I don't think he would be getting the same hype as Luigi is getting.
00:33I think the reason he's getting the hype is the combination of the power of social media,
00:38the fact that he's extremely attractive, and the fact that he's committed a crime that,
00:44you know, many people in their darkest moments have kind of halfway wished for,
00:49not that they would wish on it for, you know, for it for real, but that he's speaking to
00:55the social conscience right now in a way that makes him kind of sexy to people.
01:01And I also think that with criminals in general, and with this guy, especially since he has his,
01:07you know, fancy college degree, that women in particular love a fixer upper. So they're
01:15imagining, okay, this guy went astray, but he's really got this great education and this great
01:20potential and this great good, you know, good intentions, I can fix him.
01:24And we always love a fixer upper, especially if he's hot.
