00:00James Gardiner here from the Newcastle Herald. It's Round 8 in the A-League and the Newcastle
00:04Jets find themselves travelling across the Nullarbor to take on an equally desperate
00:08Perth Glory. Of course the big news this week on the injury front was that Dane Ingham is
00:12out for 12 weeks with a torn pec. He had surgery to repair that on Thursday. Places are long
00:17rehab. The other one is that Lachie Rose, after making his comeback from a hip injury
00:21last week in the loss, he's pulled up sore and also didn't travel across the west. So
00:25two changes to the starting line-up. Looks like Daniel Willermarine will come in, normally
00:29a left-sided full-back. Looks like he will play on the right. The other change is up
00:32front where Benton Gibson comes back into the starting side. Otherwise, it's a pretty
00:36similar looking Newcastle Jets outfit. Interestingly enough, Brazilian Willesso again is on the
00:41bench as is Lachie Bayliss. For Perth, interestingly, he's gone with some Jets players here. Brandon
00:46O'Neill starts. Of course, he was the captain of the Jets last year. Another Perth boy,
00:50but he's been playing mainly off the bench, but he starts. The other one is Riley Warland
00:54who has some formative years with the Jets. And of course, Adam Taggart will lead them
00:57up front. Scored four goals in three games against the Jets last year, added a couple
01:02in pre-season. Of course, they're two pre-season games, finished one each. Last year, the three
01:06games were all-to-all. I think this one is a desperate stakes for both teams. Both teams
01:10desperately need a win to kick-start their season. The Jets go with a little bit of pressure
01:14from all the pressure on Perth. Maybe that's what it will take for them to get a win.
