Sacral Chakra MEDITATION and Healing | Let Go Negative Emotions & Enhance Creativity | Sacral Chakra
The sacral chakra, also known as the Svadhisthana chakra, is the second energy center in the body, located just below the navel, in the lower abdomen. It governs creativity, sexual energy, and emotional balance. The beeja mantra (seed mantra) for the sacral chakra is:
"VAM"
Pronunciation: "Vahm" (with a soft 'a' sound, like "vahm")
Significance of the "VAM" Mantra:
The sound "VAM" resonates with the sacral chakra and is believed to activate and balance the energies associated with this chakra.
Chanting this mantra helps in connecting with your creativity, emotions, and sensuality.
It can aid in releasing blockages or imbalances related to the sacral chakra, fostering emotional harmony and pleasure.
How to Chant:
** Sit in a comfortable meditation posture with your spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
** Focus your attention on the sacral chakra area (just below the navel).
Slowly and deeply inhale, then chant "VAM" on the exhale, allowing the vibration to resonate in your body.
** You can chant this mantra repeatedly for a few minutes, ideally in a calm and focused state.
** This practice can be enhanced by visualizing the color orange (the color associated with the sacral chakra) or imagining a glowing, spinning wheel of energy at the location of the sacral chakra.
Why Chant 108 Times?
The number 108 is considered sacred in many Eastern spiritual traditions. It represents the wholeness of existence and the connection between the universe and the divine. Chanting a mantra 108 times helps deepen the meditation and amplify the benefits.
Please note that Sanskrit mantras are often considered sacred and hold different interpretations within different religious and spiritual contexts.
Please note that proper pronunciation and intonation are important when chanting mantras. It is advisable to learn from a knowledgeable person or a spiritual teacher to ensure accuracy.
