00:00Hi, my name is Dan and I'm the founder of Eat Your Greens and I'm just setting up a new venture called Greens Grocers.
00:07So, we've converted a shipping container into a little organic grocery store.
00:11We're stocking loads of stuff, so we've got loads of beautiful organic veg,
00:16a lot of it local from farms in North Yorkshire and Lancashire, some of it from further afield.
00:22We're going to be stocking meat, some fish for the freezer as well.
00:28We've got loads of natural wine, some of it from Wayward, which is a local wine importer,
00:33some of it from further afield.
00:35Yeah, so the food offering, we've got a small little cafe going on in here,
00:39so we're going to be doing a weekly changing menu really based on what we need to use up in the shop
00:44of sandwiches, salads, stews, all that sort of classic cafe grub.
00:49Cakes, pastries, we're doing a pie and wine night every Monday, Tuesday night as well
00:55so we pair up pies with some natural wines.
00:57Yeah, lots going on, lots to look forward to.
01:00We've literally just opened the doors Wednesday, so we're just easing in for the next couple of weeks
01:05and then when we get into the new year, there'll be lots of exciting stuff happening.
