00:14And we will continue this work, creating new systems. When I mentioned the crimes committed

00:21by the Kiev regime, I didn't only mean crimes against the Ukrainian people, but also crimes

00:26against our people, including in the Kursk region and other border regions. Well, of course,

00:33if you talk to military experts, both Russian and foreign, they call it a reckless adventure

00:45that didn't have any practical sense.

00:49That incursion in the bordering regions of Russia

00:52didn't bring any results. But, of course, it is one of the crimes they have committed against the

01:03civilian people of those regions. And, of course, it is the holy duty of the armed forces

01:11to squeeze the enemy out from our territory. And the military justice bodies must record

01:18all the crimes committed against the civilian population. So is this statehood? No. This

01:25is clear signs of the loss of statehood. So I think if they reduce the mobilization age,

01:39lower the service age, it will not change the situation on the battlefield like it

01:44didn't for Hitler's Germany. But it will be one of the series of crimes they commit against

01:49their people. It doesn't protect the interests of the Ukrainian people. Such a decision would

01:56only protect the decisions of those who give decisions from abroad. That is the only motivation.

02:04Our young boys will be herded and sent to be slaughtered. We saw how they are being caught

02:13in the streets like stray dogs and sent to face the bullets. And now they will be sending young

02:21boys to do that. The minister mentioned the illegitimacy of the Kiev regime,

02:28which we're fighting against. And that's one of the things I want to emphasize. We're not

02:31fighting against the Ukrainian people, but the neo-Nazi regime in Kiev, which

02:36captured the power in 2014 through a coup d'etat. That is the source of their power.

02:43And all the troubles of Ukraine today and all Russia's troubles that stem from this

02:50began with the bloody anti-constitutional coup.

02:54And that is something that is still relevant today. Because those people in power there,

03:00they commit crimes every day against their own people. This regime is obviously losing

03:13the nature of a state. Our priorities include maintaining stability,

03:19strategic security, protecting territorial integrity and sovereignty of our country

03:26through the development of our strategic nuclear forces.

03:33And we will continue this work, creating new systems.
