00:00On the third day of Christmas, my tutor gave to me British teenagers on BBC Three.
00:05That's right, my recommendation today is Borders.
00:08I'd very much like to give these scholarships to talented students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
00:14It's a BBC Three production and I think it's one of the shows,
00:18a lot of people might think BBC Three is out but BBC Three is actually back in
00:21and Borders is one that shows it's putting it on the map.
00:23Daniel Lawrence Taylor's show follows five inner city black teenagers
00:28who win a scholarship to go to a very pompous boarding school
00:33and while they're there, the white students around them view these students like,
00:37you know, they've never rubbed shoulders with anyone black in their lives
00:41and the hilarity ensues from how ridiculous these snobs are
00:46and yeah, it's just really, it's an adventure.
00:49You know, school might be out for Christmas
00:50but there's no reason why you can't get back in the classroom to watch Borders
00:54and it's been renewed for the second series.
00:56So it's not a waste of time, you're not going to watch it, love it and it's cancelled.
00:59No, no, no, no, no.
01:00Even if it was though, it'd be worthy of your time.
01:02There's a lot to love about Borders.
