02:35expansion of phil health that was already also clarified by secretary tedder bosa who sits as

02:41chairman of the phil health board so

03:07that would be very unfair to even to congress for people to conclude it that way this is only

03:12conditional incumbent upon phil health on their ability to really correct the inefficiencies

03:19in the organ in the agency and that even being the case phil health assured us that all the

03:26increase in case rates scheduled and slated for next year i think it was approved yesterday

03:33all the case rate additional 50 increase in case rate will will take effect next next month so

03:49administration to unfairly criticize a problem to my own judgment is of their making
