00:25:48And as its wings torn down and falls to the ground, Aaron replied.
00:25:52Before leaving, Layla had informed her this was a code so agents could tell who was who between each other.

00:26:00The young man led her out of the shelter.
00:26:02This should be far enough, the young man said, standing near the edge of the clifftop.
00:26:08The man started to walk around as if he was looking for something on the floor until eventually a ping sound was heard.

00:45:39The shelter only had teleporters that linked to other planets,
00:45:43and none back to Earth or the military base,
00:45:46but he found out the shelter he had come from wasn't too far.
00:45:50He stayed until he regained his strength and purchased a map,
00:45:53leading him to the original shelter and eventually returned to the military base.
00:45:58Once the questioning was over, Haley left Peter to be with a soldier,
00:46:02guarding him as he rested while she went off to report to Nathan.

00:46:08Thankfully, he seems to be in perfect condition health-wise, but...

00:46:59While the others were busy saying their goodbyes while friendly chatting with each other,
00:47:03Fex decided to move closer to have a look.
00:47:06It looked like he had the square teleport device hooked up via some cables
00:47:10leading upward to the computer screen.
00:47:12He can't be trying to crack the thing, can he?
00:47:14This is bad, Fex thought.
00:47:17As everyone headed back to their rooms,
00:47:19Fex managed to pull Quinn to the side just before they were about to part ways.
00:47:23Just a little warning to you, Quinn.
00:47:25The device that Logan has been tinkering around with on his workbench?
00:47:28It's a portal leading back home.
00:47:30You need to do everything you can to stop him.
00:47:32Fex laughed after warning Quinn before he could even ask any questions.

00:49:21You will remain in your teams of five while traveling in the larger group of fifty.
00:49:26Each team will be given a certain device that would be used to survey the land and map out the terrain.
00:49:31The data recorded will be used to automatically create a world map
00:49:35and other maps for future use on the planet.
00:49:38More details will be explained once the devices have been given to you.
00:49:43The hall of students quickly shifted around
00:49:45with everyone getting into the same groups they were in before.
00:49:48Quinn, Vorden, and Layla remained in one group.
00:49:51Peter, now known as Pio, had decided to come over to join Quinn's group.
00:49:56So what do we do about the fifth person? Vorden inquired.
00:50:00As Quinn looked around the room, he noticed once again that Fex was all on his own.

00:50:35there seemed to be three stray students that had walked up to the front of the assembly hall,
00:50:40going straight to stand by Fe's side.
00:50:42As she looked into the crowd of people, she started to look at each of the groups.
00:50:47Every single one of them was already filled with five people.
00:50:51You there, and you!
00:50:53She surveyed the room one more time, and her eye had managed to capture Vorden.
00:50:57And you! You can head to those at the back, she said.
00:51:01Vorden was the one with the most knowledge in the group,
00:51:04and he was saying how it varied from place to place.
00:51:07The orange portal was amidst two stages.
00:51:10Once the whole planet had been explored,
00:51:12they would use the information that they had gathered to update its status to green or red.
00:51:17Just then, a voice echoed loudly within the hall.
00:51:20Hello? Sia said as she entered the circle.
00:51:23You! Vorden replied, shocked that he saw Sia.
00:51:27What are you doing here?
00:51:29Sergeant Fe has asked me to join your team, Sia explained.
00:51:32Right now, everyone in their team knew of each other's abilities.

00:54:02After a brief window, a pointed blade emerged on one end of the fully formed, thin rod.
00:54:08The final product was a short spear, spanning half of Sia's height, made of animate smoke.
00:54:14Without warning, she looked towards her target and threw the spear.
00:54:18It flew through the air and managed to hit Quinn, dead in the chest.
00:54:22Quinn! Layla shouted. Are you okay?
00:54:25When the spear had made contact with Quinn, he felt no pain.
00:54:29Although he could feel the object piercing him, it didn't seem to have inflicted any physical damage.
00:54:34No bruises, scratches, or holes where blood could trickle.
00:54:38Still, there was definitely an effect.
00:54:41Part of his energy felt like it was being absorbed by the weapon.

00:55:40Hey Quinn, relax! Fex said as he jumped in between the two of them, before Quinn could even act.
00:55:46He then leaned forward and whispered to Quinn, making sure his body and head were blocking Sia from seeing him.
00:55:53Quinn, your eyes, they're red! You need to control your anger and calm down, Fex advised.
00:55:59However, as Quinn thought about how hard he had worked to gather those stat points, and them going away just like that, his anger started to boil again.
00:56:09Spirit spear has worn off, stats have returned to normal.
00:56:13The spear that impaled his chest slowly dissipated into thin air, and the energy seemed to return to his body.
00:56:20At the same time, his mind was suddenly cleared along with his anger.
00:56:24Hey, did you really think I would hurt you in front of all these teachers and students? It looks like I've joined a team of crazy people, Sia complained.
00:56:32A support ability? Vorden said.

00:56:38It allows a user to form spirit weapons in their mind. When this spirit hits its target, it can either act as a buff or debuff.
00:56:46When my ability hits, it is able to debuff the target for 5 seconds, and then the effect wears off.
00:56:52Because I'm only a level 3 though, the amount of time the spear lasts is only 3 seconds, and the distance I can throw the spear is quite short.
00:57:00The others didn't want to admit it, but having Sia on the team would be a great addition. Support type abilities were greatly sought after.
00:57:08Anyway, it looks like this group won't amount to much, Sia uttered.
00:57:12So why don't we just meet up on the day of the portal outing? There's no point training together within the two days left, prior to the expedition.
00:57:19I agree. Why don't we all do our own thing before the portal outing? It's been a tiring week and I think some of us can do with some rest, Quinn said.
00:57:27Before the others could even say anything, Sia was already walking off.
00:57:32The assembly had ended, and students were told that, until the portal outing, they would have the next two days off.
00:57:38While everyone was busy doing their own business, Quinn had arrived at the VR gaming room.
00:57:43With the nanostick that had been given to him, he no longer needed to bug Logan.
