జమిలి ఎన్నికల బిల్లుపై విపక్షాల వ్యతిరేకత నేపథ్యంలో దాన్ని లోక్ సభలో ప్రవేశపెట్టడంపై స్పీకర్ ఓం బిర్లా ఓటింగ్ నిర్వహించారు. ఇందులో 220 ఓట్లు బిల్లు ప్రవేశపెట్టి జేపీసీకి పంపాలని రాగా.. 149 వ్యతిరేకంగా వచ్చాయి.
