Served with rice this time instead of spaghetti BUT this would be unreaaaaaaal with some pasta 😮‍💨 My fave thing about this recipe is it’s literally a case of throwing it ALL into an oven dish and letting it cook! That’s it!! Plus the Parmesan sprinkled on top makes it go really crispy and it’s beaut 🥵 Ingredients to serve two: 2 large chicken breasts 2 handful cherry tomatoes 60g reduced fat soft cheese / single cream 2tbsp red pesto 10g Parmesan 200mls chicken stock cube 1tsp paprika, mixed Italian herbs, garlic, salt and pepper To serve: basmati rice and broccoli Method: Preheat your oven to 200, then add your chicken to an oven dish with some oil
