00:00It's a critical period for Ukraine and I've been here with key NATO allies this morning
00:05having a discussion about Ukraine.
00:06We're on HMS Iron Duke here, which is in Estonia.
00:10We've got troops up the road who are integrated as part of our NATO response.
00:15The collective view is very clear.
00:17We must put Ukraine in the strongest possible position.
00:20That means we've got to make sure they have the capability they need, the training they
00:24need, the funding that they need, and we must support Ukraine in what they're doing.
00:29It's an act of aggression by Russia, it's been going on for a very, very long time,
00:33so we must stand with Ukraine at this critical period.
00:36As I say, we must stand with Ukraine.
00:38I think that's a developing situation, but this morning's discussion was very clear about
00:44the strategic need for NATO to stand as we do with Ukraine in this critical period.
00:50I felt very proud of people talking about what we're capable of doing and what we are
00:54doing.
00:55You absolutely should be proud of it.
00:58It's really good, not just to talk about it, but actually to come here and get a sense
01:04of what you're about is fantastic, so thank you.
