00:00I would describe my style as ghetto goth.
00:04Today I'm having a transformation where I'm going to look totally different.
00:08I'm going to feel like a naked mole rat.
00:10I'm going to reveal my transformation to my best friend Cree,
00:14who is extremely brutal.
00:17You look like your mum!
00:20You look like you're off to church.
00:25Obviously growing up in an area where there wasn't many ethnic people,
00:29being mixed race and being a natural redhead as well,
00:32people would always have to touch my hair everywhere I went
00:36and I think a lot of that stems down to why I don't have any hair now.
00:40It's that whole, like, permission thing.
00:43That's not okay in any way, shape or form.
00:46I was about 17 when I got my first tattoo.
00:50It was one that Cheryl Cole had done on her hand,
00:53but because I wanted to be quirky and different,
00:55I had it done behind my ear instead.
00:58I love my neck and my chest.
00:59That was mainly for my grandfather who passed away.
01:02It's obviously very close to my heart.
01:04My head, that was a really empowering thing for me, having that done.
01:09In public, you get some people that smile, they'll come up to you.
01:13You get some people that think you're famous.
01:15You get some people that think that you're a criminal.
01:18I would describe my style as either ghetto goth
01:23or I would say esoteric.
01:25My style isn't supposed to be understood by other people, is for me.
01:29I mainly live in shorts, trainers,
01:32and then on the more gothic side, that's more like big, chunky boots.
01:36My main concern about the makeover is just all the tattoos going.
01:39I'm going to feel like a naked mole rat.
01:41This is the outfits.
01:44My best mate, Khoury, is about to come round
01:46and we're going to open them together.
01:48Wish me luck.
01:49Hello! Shalom!
01:52Hey, girl!
01:54Hey, girl!
01:56Oh, no!
01:58It's time!
02:00Oh, no!
02:02Oh, my God, that's a render.
02:04They're beige, isn't it?
02:06Aw.
02:08Oh, they've got the puffy shoulder.
02:10On my christening, when I was born, I wore a dress like that.
02:15That's a makeup artist.
02:17Oh, my God.
02:20Hi! Come on in!
02:23Thank you. Nice to meet you.
02:25Yeah, you.
02:26Today, for Chanel, I'm going to be doing a complete transformation,
02:30covering up her tattoos, toning down her makeup,
02:33giving her more of a natural look.
02:40Seeing my tattoos go has just given me shivers.
02:43I just could not imagine her any different to what she is now,
02:46so I'm excited but nervous for her and for my reaction, actually,
02:50because I'm very honest.
02:52This really is going to change her identity this week.
02:57Her mum tells Chanel exactly how she feels,
03:00so that is going to be very interesting to see.
03:03So, Chanel, are you ready?
03:05Ready as it ever may.
03:07Three, two, one.
03:11LAUGHTER
03:14Oh, my God!
03:16What the...?
03:27No, right, don't like the outfit.
03:29Hair's not too bad. Makeup is f***ing lush.
03:32I hate the outfit. That's vile.
03:34But the rest of it's lush.
03:36I definitely feel like Dreamgirl.
03:38We are Dreamgirls.
03:41I didn't think I'd like my basket and stuff as much as I do,
03:45cos it does look really good.
03:47It's just the outfit.
03:49I look really pitiful.
03:52Cream, come out now!
03:57LAUGHTER
04:01Oh, my Lord, Chanel.
04:03You look like your mum!
04:06I do!
04:09The outfit...
04:10The fit and the wig, I love it.
04:12It takes you back to, like, Mumbai.
04:14Yeah, but the dress is just...
04:16The dress is a no-go.
04:17And the lemon.
04:18I'm not even looking at those shoes cos they make me ill.
04:21Oh, my God, I literally can't believe what you look like.
04:25It's completely covered.
04:27Where are your toes?
04:30I feel like I look quite, like, chubby without toes.
04:34It is. Beautiful.
04:36But I need your tattoos back in the same way.
04:38I know, I want to go and get in the shower.
04:40So now I am going to FaceTime my mum and see my mum's reaction.
04:48LAUGHTER
04:50What have you done?
04:52I look like you!
04:54Oh, you did?
04:56Oh, my God.
04:58You look like you're off to church.
05:00You know, I don't even think that would wear that dress.
05:03No, nor the shoes.
05:05Yeah, you just look like a plain Jane.
05:07Ooh, that's my worst nightmare.
05:09I want you to go and wash that off.
05:11LAUGHTER
05:12I want my daughter back.
05:14I have noticed, now covering up my tattoos,
05:16just how important they are to me.
05:19What I've learnt from it is me making the life choices that I did
05:22about, like, the way that I look.
05:24I'm definitely more than happy that I've done, you know, what I've done.
05:28Oh, yeah.
05:29Oh, girl.
05:31Does that mean that I can take this off now?
05:33SIGHS
05:34Woo! Woo-hoo!
05:36LAUGHTER
05:38Goodbye, Felicia!
05:40Bye, Felicia!
05:44Next time you see me, I'm going to be looking like me again.
