01:09I add that ENEA obviously plays a role of a privileged observer, follows these dynamics
01:17and contributes to providing solutions, also prospecting possible actions to the ministries
01:25competent for action, involving all stakeholders, which then at various levels participate
01:31in the theme of energy efficiency and above all also the citizens.
01:35Let us remember that energy efficiency is done through the end user, so a change of
01:40behavior is also needed and a collective sharing of the importance of energy efficiency
01:45in terms of positive outcomes from the point of view of savings and from the point of view
01:50of the reduction of polluting emissions.
