00:00You know, obviously anytime you take a step down and demotion
00:04or whatever the case may be, it's not going to be met
00:06with great, you know, appreciation
00:09and all those things.
00:10But Kurt was a professional.
00:12He's a pro.
00:13He's a man.
00:14He's a great human.
00:16He's a great father.
00:17He's a great football player.
00:18He's done a lot of great things for us this year.
00:20He handled it with class.
00:22He's an absolute professional.
00:25I can't say enough good things about who the man is
00:27and how he is and what it is.
00:29But, you know, obviously there comes with some disappointment
00:31when you lose your job.
00:33You know, we have been searching.
00:34We've been digging as much as we can dig
00:35in order to make things work and try to get things going.
00:37And then, you know, just last night came to the point
00:40that she wanted to make the decision to make the move.
00:41You know, we wanted to play better at quarterback
00:44and we felt like we got a chance
00:45to play a little bit better.
00:46And if we can go out there and play better at quarterback,
00:48who knows what can happen, you know?
00:50We played a really well sought out football game.
00:52When you talk about all phases of our game last week
00:54and we didn't play well at the quarterback position
00:56we want to go find out if we can do a better job there.
00:59In Michael's case, he's going to be excited
01:00because he gets a chance to play.
01:03You know, obviously he has done a great job
01:05of supporting Kurt along the way
01:06and he's done nothing out of character
01:09in order to get this position.
01:12So he deserves it.
01:13He's got an opportunity to go out and we'll go see.
