00:27The 4.0 version allows users to customize the home screen with the three most relevant services for their needs, in addition to introducing simulators for retirement and for universal single payment.
00:39It will be possible to monitor questions, payments, account withdrawals, contributions and download certifications, all with an interface inspired by banking apps, for easier and more immediate navigation.
00:52It is fundamental today to be able to access these services immediately through this new app that they have, like the bank app.
01:01Essential services, immediate, intuitive, certain, because with certain data, the IMSS has always been a precursor to certain data, so today this new era starts, app 4.0, I could say IMSS 4.0.
01:19With 3.66 million downloads in 2024 and an average of over 500,000 daily accesses, the app represents a significant step forward in the digitization of IMSS services, with the aim of facilitating emergency education and improving the user experience.
01:39The novelty is that we give an important signal, we intend to give an important signal to the user of our strategy that wants to put the citizen at the center of attention.
01:52It is not about announcing new services for delivery of benefits, to receive questions, because those, as you know, we have been delivering for a long time. The important thing is to allow those who need information about these benefits, their own questions, payments, etc., to reach this information in the best way, in the most congenial, fastest and most precise way possible.
02:15With the launch of the new app, IMSS confirms its desire to innovate and simplify access to emergency services, putting the citizen more and more at the center of a digital strategy in continuous evolution.
