00:01:29A small puff of black smoke appeared around Ham.
00:01:32When the black smoke went away, it was replaced with what looked like a black dangling earring.

00:01:41When Fex opened his eyes, he found himself in a large dome-like building with digital signs going all across the walls,

00:01:50But the biggest one of them all was one that said, Welcome to Toclon City.
00:01:55Fex headed for the exit, as if he didn't worry about the world, but just as he reached the exit,
00:02:00he could see the doors to the outside where the sun was glaring.

00:02:07He closed his eyes and took one step out into the open sun, and nothing happened.

00:37:57until it molded something
00:37:59that vaguely resembled Quinn.
00:38:01The two of them continued to go through
00:38:03altering what the metal model looked like.
00:38:05Each time Quinn would give a suggestion,
00:38:07the robots would move in place.
00:38:09There was not much that could be done
00:38:11with the suit. It had to be black in color
00:38:13and skin fit tight.
00:38:15However, the mask could be altered greatly.
00:38:17When using the outfit and mask,
00:38:19Quinn wanted to strike fear
00:38:21into his opponent's hearts.
00:38:23He wanted something quite scary looking.
00:38:25They went through several designs
00:38:27until it was finally done.
00:38:29It's amazing, Quinn said as he walked over to it
00:38:31and started to stroke the model.
00:38:33The black suit was skin tight
00:38:35but had a scaled pattern like that
00:38:37of a snake throughout its entire surface.
00:38:39However, there were a few
00:38:41design touches added to it from Logan
00:38:43that Quinn hadn't asked for.

00:38:49On the forearms going up to the shoulder,
00:38:51three red claw-like marks could be seen
