00:00At this point, let's talk about the latest updates on the programs of the administration of Marcos Jr.

00:20Here in Mr. President On The Go.

00:23First of all, fellow countrymen, even though President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. will not pass the 2025 National Budget before Christmas,

00:33our President's target is to pass our budget before the new year.

00:39They will be able to continue studying this because they saw some insertions in the budget.

00:45These insertions are not included in the original budget requests, so the projects included in the insertions should be studied well.

00:55According to the President, in fact, they saw budget proposals that do not have sufficient documentation.

01:02Because of this, he needs to be careful with the allocation of funds, especially that part of the National Budget is debt and our funds should be used properly.

01:15Our President Marcos Jr. also said that he wants to be sure that the 2025 budget will be directed to priority projects.

01:25He should have stronger safeguards in spending, especially the insertions.

01:34At some point, some lawmakers approved their proposed projects that do not include a program of work or documentation.

01:42It is also unclear where the money will be spent.

01:46Let us remember that our government is only being careful because this is the country's fund.
