00:00There is no growth, you're not delivering that area are you Secretary of State?
00:04So the Office for Budget Responsibility is still predicting some growth this year,
00:10it's not as much as we would like and we do need to get the economy firing on all cylinders and we
00:15need to get more money in people's pockets. Some of the things that we've committed to
00:19doing which are going to make a difference here like the planning reform so that we can
00:24get the construction sector really really operating well, building the infrastructure,
00:31the energy, the transport infrastructure that we need, that you know is going to be helped
00:36by planning reform as well and the effects of that haven't yet taken effect. We've also done
00:42things such as set up the National Wealth Fund, GB Energy to crowd in some of that private sector
00:48investment. The Prime Minister hosted that investment summit where we got pledges of £60
00:53billion worth of investment. That is going to take some time to take effect and we are not
01:02going to be able to turn around 14 years of stagnation and decline in not much more than
01:0914 weeks since the general election.
