00:16This SUV was hit by a bullet when it was driven by the Sulu provincial election supervisor on Saturday in Zamboanga City.

00:25In the pictures published by the Commission on Elections,

00:31and there is also a bloodstain on the passenger seat of the vehicle where the brother of the Comelec official was hit in the head and died.

00:39The election supervisor is known as Atty. Vidsvar Julie Amil,
