Today, AD is welcomed back by Kendall Jenner to tour her LA home while it’s decorated for Christmas. Over the years, the Kardashian-Jenner clan has become known for their flamboyant Christmas decorations but Kendall’s approach to holiday decorating is much more traditional. With the help of florist to the stars, Jeff Leatham, green garlands, a classic tree, and vintage decorations lace the halls of her home creating a nostalgic atmosphere. Much of this nostalgia stems from decorations from Kendall’s childhood handed down from her mom Kris–most notably her collection of Christopher Radko tree ornaments. “Growing up with [those ornaments] every year, they became so special to me,” she says. “And I can’t wait to share that with my kids one day, but I love sharing this with my friends. I love entertaining, I love hosting, and so these decorations get used really well.”

00:00Hi, AD, it's Kendall Jenner.
00:09Welcome back to my house.
00:10I just decorated for the holidays and I am so excited for you guys to see.
00:21I feel my house is just really cozy and really homey, so I really lean towards everything
00:35feeling as organic as possible.
00:37The wreaths outside, most things are all decorated very naturally with acorns and pine cones.
00:42I love vintage.
00:43I'm always looking for vintage inspiration.
00:45Martha Stewart has been big on my mood boards this year.
00:49For the holiday decor, I work with Jeff Latham.
00:51He is a master, he's amazing, and he finds me all my trees and we decorate together.
00:58I love collaborating with the pros.
01:00Jeff is my Christmas angel.
01:03Since the last time you guys were here, my art's changed.
01:05I have a few new rooms in the house that I've redecorated, so I'm excited to show you guys.
01:14I love this room always, but mostly at the holidays, just because it's such a nice room
01:20to come play games with friends.
01:21We play a lot of Mafia in this house, so this is the room where we all convene for Mafia
01:26and scream at each other, but it's also the best for wine nights, putting on the record
01:30player and just gossiping and crying together and having deep talks.
01:36My real wood fireplace is pretty special, in LA at least, because they have to be grandfathered
01:42in at this point, so I love her.
01:44I love the crackle, I love the smell, especially at the holidays.
01:48This is the bigger of two trees in the house.
01:51This I could get emotional talking about, because this year for Christmas, my mom actually
01:55gifted me the original Christopher Radko Christmas ornaments that I grew up with for 29 years
02:00of my life.
02:01My mom's had these since before I was born, and I thought she had given them to another
02:07sister of mine, which I will not name names, and I got really sad last year and had a breakdown
02:12to her, and she actually didn't give them to her, and then this year surprised me.
02:16They are the originals, so even this box is really special to me, because this is the
02:19box that they were all packaged in literally my whole childhood, so all these things are
02:24burned into my memory.
02:25Thank you, Mom, I love you so much, and this is the best.
02:28My mom is amazing at holidays.
02:32She like my whole life would just deck the house out for each and every holiday, so I
02:37have to give her credit for kind of teaching me that.
02:39I learned a lot of that from her, and it makes it feel really special for me now in my own
02:43home, and hopefully one day when I have my own family, these things will mean to them
02:46what they mean to me.
02:48Most of the decorations in this house, like this guy over here, they're all from my mom.
02:53They're all hand-me-downs, so pretty much all my Christmas decorations or things in
02:57the house are things I grew up with.
03:00These stockings are the same stocking brand and pretty much identical to the ones that
03:04we grew up with in our house, and my mom still has the originals, and we use them every year.
03:09I just don't own them.
03:10I let her have those, but mine says my name on it at home, and every family member has
03:15one with their name on it.
03:16I just have these here for the memories and the nostalgia.
03:21It's the holidays, so I feel like I need to just pour myself a drink for good times sake.
03:26I actually just got into what I would say is a holiday-inspired drink.
03:31It's like this spiked horchata, eggnoggy, almost there's a bit of espresso martini situation
03:37happening in it, and I've just batched it up and made it for my friends, and it was
03:41so good.
03:42I feel like I'm into that right now.
03:44Obviously, an espresso martini just never fails, but right now, I'm just going for straight
03:49with a little orange, and it might be my favorite.
03:51It's simple, but it's ...
04:02So my dining room, Tommy and Kathleen Clements and Waldo Fernandez helped me design the house
04:07originally seven years ago, but they still continually help me with the house.
04:12They came the other night to help me set up this table, which I thought was really sweet.
04:16These are my Hermes dishes that my sister got me.
04:19Anyone that knows me knows that I'm obsessed with horses, so this is a cherished gift,
04:23and this is not obvious holiday, but that's what I love about it.
04:26When's there a better time to pull out your Hermes dishes than the holidays?
04:31This dollhouse.
04:32Again, something that could make me emotional.
04:34This is obviously not the original, but my mom, growing up, had this exact dollhouse
04:41in our house with all similar little furnitures and knickknacks and all these little things.
04:46Last year for Christmas, my mom got each and every family member their own, and she took
04:54all the time to completely customize them, so everybody has things that they love.
04:58For example, a lot of shopping bags of brands that I love.
05:01My dog Pyro is right here.
05:03There's some horseback riding gear, saddles, and things like that, so she took the time
05:07to make sure she personalized and customized for each personality, each sister, each family
05:12member, and this is really, really special.
05:14This was probably one of my favorite gifts I've ever been given, especially on Christmas
05:18morning, so this was really cool.
05:20This will be with me forever, and I hope my kids one day love it just as much as I do.
05:25I absolutely love company, and I really love hosting.
05:30I just love bringing people together.
05:32It's one of my joys in life.
05:34I love being the glue.
05:35I love having happy moments with friends and helping curate those moments, so having a
05:41home where I feel like I can welcome friends into in that way and have big, fun nights
05:46or small, fun, cozy nights, that's really important to me.
05:49The holidays is the perfect time for me to celebrate that, and honestly, my house at
05:53the holidays is my favorite way to see my house, so I'm so happy you guys are here
05:57not only for that, but I just love inviting people in to just enjoy it as much as I do.
06:01I sat here last night by myself with a glass of wine and just watched my fire and my tree,
06:06and it literally could not have brought me any more joy.
06:09I was so happy.
06:16So now we are in my kitchen.
06:19Not much has changed in here.
06:21I just love having everything and anything dessert-wise available at all times, so we've
06:26got some pies, we've got amazing fruits and veggies all over the house always.
06:30I just feel like it makes me happy, and it feels warm, and it feels, I don't know, good
06:35in a house.
06:36On Christmas morning, we make bishi.
06:39My sisters, their grandmother taught them how to make it.
06:42It's an Armenian breakfast, and they have now kind of passed it on to Kylie and I as
06:47well and taught us the recipe, so we all come together Christmas morning and make bishi,
06:53which is really nice and just something to look forward to because it's so yummy.
06:57Every year, my mom had the cutest gingerbread houses, and they had every single family member's
07:01name on them, and they got so full and so crowded over the years because the families
07:05just kept growing, but now we all get our own individual ones in our own homes, and
07:10I have no human family members yet, so these are all my, this is my animal family.
07:15It's all my horses and my dog.
07:20If anyone had seen my original AD, you'll realize that this room is slightly different.
07:25It's like one of those projects in my house where I'm like, why didn't I do this sooner?
07:29I really wanted this room to become a little bit cozier.
07:32The furniture that was in here before was just old furniture that I'd brought over from
07:35an old house, so I really wanted to refresh the room and give it a new vibe.
07:40I'm loving my built-ins.
07:42I'm so happy with them.
07:43I feel like they add a warmth to the room that was really necessary.
07:46And then my second tree.
07:48I feel like this year for me, there's been a bow theme.
07:51My birthday party that my little sister threw me was also bow themed.
07:55Anyone that follows our family knows that we kind of have a Christmas wrapping competition
08:00going on every year, so each family member does their own wrapping, and then every year
08:04kind of like unspoken competition happens.
08:07I feel like I am, you know, the last three years running probably the winner, and I think
08:12it's going to happen again this year, but this is mine for this year.
08:15I love it.
08:16It's just chic and gorgeous, kind of simple, but I love it.
08:20So my new couch, I love so much.
08:23So Bodie and Green River Projects, they kind of collab on this project.
08:28They customized me this couch.
08:30They go in and they basically draw on the entire couch your life or the things you love
08:35or whatever you want really, and they killed it.
08:38They smashed it at the park.
08:39I'm so happy.
08:41There's just so much personality and so much of my life on this couch, and it is the most
08:45comfy, and I think it goes perfectly in my house and in this room.
08:50I have a lot of favorite moments on here.
08:54These are my two dogs that I grew up with.
08:56They have since passed on.
08:58This is a photo of like my mom and dad's wedding day that I thought was really cute, like random
09:03things, like Calabasas Cheetahs was the track team I ran on when I was younger, so like
09:08that's that.
09:09Very, very personal.
09:17So we're in my theater.
09:19This is a relatively new room, definitely a new room for you guys.
09:24This was the art studio when you guys last saw it.
09:27Now it's a cozy theater.
09:29We customized everything, all the furniture's custom.
09:32There's my Bodie guy over here, call him Squid.
09:35I just got my little Bottega Puff back here.
09:37So this has kind of become the cowboy room in a weird way.
09:40We end up in here most nights watching movies.
09:43I fall asleep on this couch just constantly, and I spend hours in here.
09:48My favorite Christmas movies to watch in here, I mean the Holiday never fails me, but I like
09:53the Holiday year-round usually, Elf, all the classics.
09:56I just love the classics, and Nostalgia, you guys.
09:59The theme for today is Nostalgia, so anything that makes me feel that.
10:07Thank you so much for coming back.
10:18I hope you enjoyed.
10:19I loved showing you my house at the Holidays.
10:22I have to go set up for some friends coming over, but I love you guys.
10:25Happy Holidays.
