Sultan Malik Shah, The Son of Sultan Muhammad Alp Arsalan, the father of the conquest of Islam in the 1000s. Sultan Malik Shah was the 3rd greatest Sultan of the Seljuk Empire who ruled half the world in the shadow of Islam (1072-1092)
🍂 When the prestige of the Abbasid Caliph in Baghdad waned, Sultan Malik Shah carried the banner of glory to the Islamic world. Melik Shah's reign (1072-1092) was the equivalent of the best period of Roman or Arab rule in terms of splendor and prosperity of the people. 💚🥀
🍂 In 1071, Malik-Shah took part in the Syrian campaign of his father, and stayed in Aleppo when his father Sultan Muhammad Alp Arslan fought the Roman emperor Romanos IV Diogenes at Malazgirt
🍂 In 1072, Malik-Shah and Nizam al-Mulk accompanied Sultan Muhammad Alp Arslan during his campaign in Transoxiana against the Karakhanids. However, Sultan Alp Arslan was badly wounded during his expedition, and Malik Shah shortly took over the army.
🍂Sultan Muhammad Alp Arslan died some days later, And before he died, Sultan Muhammad Alp Arslan declared his son Malik Shah as the new Sultan of the empire.
🍂 The Fatimid rulers imposed various restrictions on Masjid al-Aqsa and stopped Islamic education in the land of Palestine to allow the spread of Shia doctrine. By 1021 AD, during the latter part of the reign of the Fatimid ruler Hakim, al-Quds had lost all of its past traditions in Islamic learning and cultural practices.
🍂 On the orders of Sultan Malik Shah, the Seljuk army under his prime minister Nizam ul-Mulk blockaded the Ghaznavids in Khorasan and permanently expelled the Fatimids from Syria and Palestine.
🍂 In 1073 AD, Masjid Al Aqsa and whole Palestine came under the rule of the great Seljuk Empire under the leadership of Sultan Malik Shah. As a result Al Aqsa began to regain its lost status and pure Islamic knowledge was once again practiced in Palestine. 💚🥀
🍂 In order of Sultan Malik Shah, Imam Ghazali (Rh.) arrived at Al Aqsa and stayed for a few years. 💚🥀

🍂 Sultan Malik Shah defeated the Roman vassal king, expanding the Seljuk kingdom to the frontier and capturing many islands. Nicephorus Botaniates ascended the Byzantine throne after the abdication of the son of Constantine Ducus. He and his successor Alexius Comnisus agreed to pay tribute to Malik Shah as their overlord. In 1074-75 AD, Sultan Malik Shah expelled the Greeks from Antioch and reclaimed the city.
🍂 Sultan Malik Shah focused on the consolidation of the kingdom and also focused expansion of the kingdom. Happiness and peace reigned throughout Sultan Malik Shah's vast kingdom, which stretched from the border of China to the Mediterranean in the west and from Georgia in the north to Yemen in the south.
