01:44In a statement, Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. said that the deployment and purchase of missiles
01:50is the right of the Philippines for its own security and defense and cannot be opposed by any country.
01:57If China really wants to ease the tension in the region,
02:01it should stop the threats, coercion, asking for information and remove their ships from the EEZ of the Philippines.
