00:07And this was followed by continuous rain due to shear line.

00:15It rained in a large part of the country

00:17from Vizcueras until this Christmas Day.

00:23In Sampaloc 2, Saraya, Quezon,

00:26several roads were flooded due to the heavy rain.

00:30It also rained in Bicol Region

00:32where there was flooding in Sitio Ologan,

00:35Barangay San Isidro in Libon, Albay

00:38so motorcycles and other small vehicles could not pass.

00:44There were also floods during the Christmas celebration

00:46of other provinces in Albay

00:48where their residents could not sleep well

00:52while barangays in Legazpi City

00:55carried out pre-emptive evacuation.

00:58In Iemes Barrio, in the same place,

01:01several houses were flooded due to the rain.

01:05There was a landslide in Barangay Laganac

01:08in the town of Balatan, Camarines Sur

01:11so a part of the road could not pass

01:14of any type of vehicle.

01:16Motorists were also affected

01:21in Andaya Highway in Lupi, Camarines Sur

01:24due to the heavy rain.

01:26There was also rain in Oriental Mindoro

01:36the rain was experienced due to the shearline

01:39or the encounter of wind and easterlies.

01:42The rain continues due to the shearline

01:45that could affect a large part of Southern Luzon.

01:49The Office of Civil Defense is warning the residents

01:52especially near the Mayon Volcano.

01:54The PIVOX advisory was also issued

01:58while communities and LGUs were also warned

02:01in affected areas to carry out a pre-emptive response.
