00:28He was arrested in Barangay San Juan, Taytay, Rizal last Sunday.

00:32The accused is on the Most Wanted Persons List of Rizal Province.

00:38According to the police, in August 2021, a police investigation was carried out

00:43in the house of the 11-year-old victim.

00:46The uncle is the guardian of his nephew.

00:49The child was left alone at that time by his parents.

00:54His uncle himself was the guardian of his 11-year-old nephew.
