00:00The National Higher Education Fund has launched the Education Sustainability Campaign

00:07in an effort to help borrowers settle their loans more effectively.

00:12The Education Sustainability Campaign is a strategic initiative to ensure that higher education remains inclusive,

00:18sustainable and relevant for the coming generations.

00:21Higher education is the foundation to improve the quality of life

00:26that can only be realized if the fund remains sustainable.

00:32Nurliza said that through the campaign, she introduced two initiatives

00:36and one of them is the hashtag PTPTN Boleh Bincang.

00:41Through this campaign, we promote flexible approach.

00:46The first is PTPTN Boleh Bincang, that's the hashtag.

00:51Borrowers can discuss or vote on a flexible payment plan,

00:56which is the restructuring of loan repayments according to their financial ability.

01:03While another initiative implemented by PTPTN is the hashtag PTPTN Sedia Bantu.

01:10The network is designed to help

01:14facilitate borrowers who have any questions or matters related to loan payments.

01:21Nurliza said that the Education Sustainability Campaign is based on four important elements,

01:26namely transformation, aspiration, realization and innovation.

01:31She said that until last September, PTPTN's loan repayments amounted to

01:36RM11.32 billion and involved more than RM1.25 million in loan payments.
