00:00Let's update on the situation in Andaya Highway where a lot of vehicles were stopped during Christmas.

00:13Yes, Rafi, in these moments, the traffic in Andaya Highway is still heavy.

00:19And Rafi, we witnessed that from here in the town of Sipocot to the town of Lupi, the traffic is really heavy.

00:26And in Manila, from the town of Sipocot, the traffic reaches an hour or more before it's completely exhausted.

00:33And of course, Calvario, Rafi, is now reaching Pabicol and other destinations that will take up to one to three hours to travel.

00:41Meanwhile, three parts of Maharlika Highway were hit by heavy rains in Brgy. Pical, Libmanan, Camsur, Bonsud in the past few days, according to Agnes de la Torre.

00:52For their residents, the construction of the outer lane of the northbound highway was not completed because it was not properly paved.

00:59The project was only completed six months ago, but they were not surprised that it had a problem.

01:05Another thing they see is that when it rains, the drainage of the highway is cut off.

01:12That's why the water that comes from the mountains instead of going straight to the drainage is looking for a way and it goes to the road that separates the roads.

01:24The DPWH secured the roads so that it will not be a danger to the motorists.
