Daily street protests demand accountability for the collapse of a concrete awning at a train station in Novi Sad nearly two months ago, which killed 15 people.

00:06protesters and mourners in Serbia have been holding up the traffic for a quarter of an hour.
00:13On that day, a concrete canopy roof collapsed at the recently renovated Novi Sad train station,
00:20killing the university students. Two others were injured.
00:25Since then, protesters led by pupils have filled the streets, reflecting widespread anger at the accident,
00:32but also wider discontent at the rule of populist president Aleksandar Vucic and his government.
00:39Many in Serbia blame the collapse on widespread corruption and sloppy work on the railway station building.
00:46On Friday, students left piles of old schoolbooks outside the education ministry, demanding accountability.
