00:00President Bongbong Marcos has already signed the General Appropriations Act or the 2025 National Budget.

00:10And just like what Malacanang said, the President has already vetoed items.

00:15The signed budget is 6.326 trillion pesos.

00:20That is lower than the 26 billion pesos compared to the 6.352 trillion pesos approved by the Congress.

00:28According to the President, he has vetoed more than 194 billion pesos of allocation

00:34to non-priority programs of the government

00:37such as some projects of the Department of Public Works and Highways

00:41and some unprogrammed appropriations or programs that have not yet been approved by the funds.
