00:22During the incident at around 6.30am on October 7, a suspect on a motorcycle snatched Lim's
00:29bag as she was walking along Jalan Limau Manis on her way to a nearby shop to buy a
00:33newspaper, which was her daily routine.
00:36The impact threw her to the ground causing injuries to her head and she was sent to the
00:39University of Malaya Medical Centre for treatment.
00:43The Bangsa Park Residents' Association said the incident struck at the heart of the peace
00:47of the community.
00:49Police subsequently detained the suspect in Ampang on October 10 and found that he was
00:53involved in another snatch theft in Brickfields on October 7.
00:58Police are reportedly revisiting the case to review the charges against the suspect
01:02following Lim's death.
