00:25Like Taft Avenue in Pasig, where the people of City Hall cleaned up early.

00:30In some parts of Pasig, garbage has also been left on the roads.

00:38Even in Manila, Gabundoc, garbage has been left.

01:15The D.N.R. continued to investigate the data.

01:18But according to the Swiss research firm IQ Air,

01:21the air quality index in Manila reached an unhealthy level.

01:25The air quality index is more than 15 times higher than the World Health Organization.

01:33It is also recorded as the 16th most polluted air in more than 100 cities on the list.

01:44to measure air pollutants in the environment, like pine needles.

01:49Not only in the environment, such air has an effect

01:52because according to experts, it can be harmful to the human body.

01:56These fine particles can reach our bloodstream and our respiratory system.

02:04And in the case of explosion, there are toxic substances that can cause cancer.

02:15It is more dangerous for people with comorbidities like asthma and cancer,

02:20so they are advised not to go out or wear a face mask.
