00:23Mark Anthony Ilaya was taken to the hospital in Lubong in 2025 after he was shot by a bullet.

00:34In the initial investigation of Cebu City Station 10, the incident took place while the victim was inside the house in Barangay Tisa.

00:41On Wednesday afternoon, at 12 o'clock on Wednesday,

00:44Ilaya's right ear suddenly ached and they were shocked to see the wound.

00:51The victim was immediately taken to the hospital.

00:53When the police searched the victim's house, they found a deformed slug of a .45 caliber pistol.

01:00They also found a hole in the wall of the house where the bullet went through.

01:06The investigation is still ongoing to find out who was behind the indiscriminate firing at the scene in Lubong in 2025.

01:16The victim is in a safe condition.

01:21The police arrested their accomplice who was assigned to the Iligan City Police Office.

01:26This was because of the illegal firing of a gun at Lugait, Misamis Oriental on the early morning of December 27.

01:35According to the investigation, the police got angry when his girlfriend separated from him,

01:42so he fired his service firearm.

01:46Three 9mm guns were recovered from the crime scene.

01:51The police is now under restrictive custody in front of the accused.

01:57His girlfriend did not file a criminal case for 1962,

02:03but the criminal charges against him were issued yesterday.

02:08The police is also facing an administrative case.

02:13In Tangkob City, Misamis Oriental, a man allegedly fired a gun because he was angry with a group of young people in their area.

02:25The suspect was immediately arrested by the Tangkob Police, but his firearm was not recovered.

02:31The police is verifying if there is a gun registered under the name of the suspect.

02:37We filed yesterday the case of illegal discharge of firearms.
