00:59But we also did our own, like, better versions as we thought, like, hey, we're better than AI.
01:05So we did like, got AI coffee, and then we had our versions of kind of the similar blends.
01:11And we cupped them blind, and every time the AI coffee was better or as good as the rest.

01:23AI can help in almost anything.
01:26It will never take our jobs, we still need the experts here.
01:31But kind of maybe look outside the box.
01:36Also understand customers, their preferences.
01:40And the more data we put in there, the more it can help.
01:43So I think it opened our mind.
