00:00So Patrick you were just saying then, so right behind you on that fencing there's
00:04cracks being seen which we can see in the pictures,
00:06that's the first thing that you saw is it then? Yeah.
00:10Tell me again about what happened in the early hours of the morning
00:14that day. It started about 2.30 in the morning we heard a large crack
00:17and then obviously the concrete stanchions they all give way and then
00:20you can see what's happened and it's gradually getting worse every
00:24every couple of weeks it's moving. Did you come out of your house at that point?
00:272.30 in the morning because we wanted to know what was going on
00:30and you could see it's all completely collapsed. I'm sure all the neighbours
00:33had all heard the same thing was it? All of you were out at that in the night
00:37and it looked like this did it or was it just slightly? It wasn't this bad.
00:40We can see it's slowly moving, it's slowly being pushed and you can see now
00:44it's nearly in the front garden of someone's house there,
00:46number 15. So it looks like they've put some big bags of stone to try and
00:51prevent it but it doesn't look like it. That was all up at the side
00:54and that's all slowly being pushed there's about 50 bags there
00:58and obviously just slowly being pushed. So what are you thinking about this I
01:02mean for your home is here how is this affecting you? Well you
01:05can't sell the house, you can't move, you can't put your car on the drive,
01:08your car's parked around the corner. That's a cul-de-sac over there isn't it
01:12where you live? So you physically can't get past?
01:14Nobody down there can park the car down there, we've got to park all the way up
01:18there. It's an absolute nightmare. So what
01:21what do you want to be done now? What's not being done and what do you
01:24want to do? Well we want them to put everything right the way it
01:28should be. You know this wall was guaranteed
01:30for 101 years I do believe, this crib lock wall
01:35and it's lasted 18 months so and everybody's blaming each other.
01:39The builders are blaming the people who've done the crib lock wall, the crib
01:42lock wall I think are blaming the surveyors and everybody's just going
01:44around around in circles. Hopefully we can find a resolution to
01:49it soon I'm sure. Hopefully, but if you get a feedback
01:52let us know because we all want to know because we've heard absolutely nothing.
01:57They told us to move the cars off the drives, they're going to do something
02:00and that was before Christmas. We've moved all our cars down the bottom of
02:03the road and nothing's been done. Is that the last thing they said to you?
02:06Was it just, was it not any clearer than that?
02:08Did they just say move your cars? So can you move your cars, we're going to start
02:11clearing it up and nobody's come and that was before
02:15Christmas. Do you reckon this is this is going to keep getting worse here?
02:19Well it is, it's all slowly moving. Yeah I feel sorry for these guys here.
02:24You know it's going to be their front gardens in the next couple of weeks if
02:26it's not moved. I've been out this morning, I've shoveled all this
02:28and moved it all. You know what can you do? So the residents, I mean you've been
02:33taking it upon yourself to actually have to try and
02:35yeah fix it at least a little bit. We have to
02:38try and drag the bins down here and obviously you can't get your car down
02:41here anymore and the lighting's not working so it's
02:45all dark down here as well so you've got to be careful where you're walking.
02:49It's a nightmare, absolute nightmare.
