00:48This is important because the Church cannot do this alone,

00:55The lay people, the government, and the Church need to help each other.

01:00And we are giving this because they have a great duty and responsibility

01:06to ensure that all our activities are holy, safe, and proper.

01:14The leader of the Church said that it depends on the situation
