01:43After Makar Sankranti, the Sun comes in Makar Rashi.

01:46And on the day of Athikamavasya, the Moon meets in Makar Rashi.

01:50Then it becomes Durlabh Sanyog.

01:52That is, when Devguru Brihaspati comes in Vrisha Rashi, which comes every 12 years.
