01:21while not utilizing the Modi government support and funds. Ayushman Bharat, the world's largest
01:27health program is benefiting crores of people all over the country. But only two states
01:35are rejecting it. One is West Bengal and one is Delhi. Thousands of crores of rupees they
01:40are not utilizing. Similarly, the Modi government through the scheme called Abhim has got tens
01:47of thousands of crores of rupees available for infrastructure development in Delhi. Something
01:53like 70,000 crores. And this Aapda government in Delhi is simply not utilizing it. They
01:58have got strictures from the court for playing politics and this will all change. We have
02:05been preparing for last several months with thousands of grassroots activities like Chowpal
02:11meetings, Nukkad Sabhas, drawing room meetings, meetings with women's groups, regular weekly
02:18programs and meetings in Jhuggis. Now we are stepping up the tempo. We have announced
02:24a very strong list, first list of candidates of 29 names which has completely shaken the
02:30Aapda government. You can see the panic on their faces. We are now going to shift gears
02:36into full campaign mode and we are very confident that the people of Delhi will bless us this
02:41time.

02:48See, this is very evident to any right thinking sane logical person. The people who have complained
02:58against EVMs, they don't complain when they win, they only complain when they lose. The
03:04same thing about voter roll verification. Now in the last 10 years, in the 2 or 3 elections
03:11that have been held, there have been large numbers of voter roll updating, either deletion
03:16or addition. Now this time, the number is less than that and still these Aapda people
03:21are panicking and claiming that something wrong is afoot. This is just ridiculous because
03:28they have the opportunity of filing their own claims if anybody they think has been
03:34left out and nobody can be deleted without a chance being given to the person to prove
03:40that they exist and that it's not a duplicate name or a fake name. So, it's just panic showing
03:48there is huge anti-incumbency against the Aapda team and they are just coming up with
03:54frivolous excuses. Instead, they don't want to discuss about the dirty water, they don't
04:00want to discuss about the bad roads, they don't want to discuss about their fake promises
04:05of cleaning the Yamuna or their fake promises of improving pollution when they have not
04:10given a penny to the Pollution Control Board. That's why they are trying to distract with
04:15all these fake allegations.
04:18You have announced the date of the elections, 5th April and counting 8th April. How do you
04:22see the preparations of the BJP for the upcoming elections?
04:25We are fully prepared and it is clear that the people of Delhi have made up their minds.
04:32They had given the opportunity to Congress for 15 years. In the last 10 years, an Aapda
04:38has been put on Delhi. After three times of their fake promises, they have made up their
04:45minds to give the opportunity to the BJP this time.
04:48We have been preparing for the last few months. We have been building up the campaign from
04:53the ground level, as we do everywhere and we win in most of the places.
