00:24My badge is of Jammu and Kashmir Police Services, my dream was to join Jammu and Kashmir Police

00:31and today I have fulfilled that dream.

00:34Today was the Dikshant Parade, a passing out parade, in which I got the opportunity to become a parade commander.

00:40On this occasion, I would like to say that Jammu and Kashmir Police is considered one of the best police forces in our country.

00:50Along with the situation of law and order, there are many other situations that we deal with.

00:54Narco terrorism, cyber terrorism, there are many other challenges that Jammu and Kashmir Police faces.

01:00We are going to join Jammu and Kashmir Police today, this fraternity.

01:04So I would like to say through my entire badge that the people of Jammu and Kashmir, the youth,

01:10who go to the front and back roads, we will become a source of inspiration for them.

01:16I had a very long career, first I did B.Tech, then I did a job in finance in the government service.

01:22But I had always wanted to enter the civil service.

01:25Because the thing about civil service is that here you get a very big domain to work.

01:30You work at different places, meet different people, you serve different people, see different cultures.

01:37So this was the thing that I had to fulfill every perspective of this job.

01:42So I was preparing for this job for a long time, so finally I got a passing grade here.

01:47There are a lot of challenges, and there are more challenges in the police force.

01:50So you have to take people along with you.

01:53So the police force, the civil departments, you have to tackle all the challenges together.
