00:15There was an incident where we live a couple of years ago and a local caretaker rang the
00:25police and they said, oh, it'll be next week before somebody can come to you.
00:31Excuse me. Next week? They take the biggest chunk of our council tax.
00:38I think the police are now overworked. There's not enough of them. And they tend to treat
00:44the members of the general public pretty shabbily. But those that are there work very, very hard.
00:51I understand that. But there's just not enough of them. And the way to get the public back
00:56is to put more police on the streets.
