04:08and Ligarda Street from CM Recto Avenue to Arlegui Street.

04:14Quezon Boulevard from Fugoso Street to Quezon Bridge,

04:18and the West Bound of Espana Boulevard,

04:21from the streets of Qui Campa to Lerma,

04:24are closed until tomorrow, the same day of the feast of Jesus Nazareno.

04:39the Department of Health took care of the first aid stations in Quirino Grandstand,

04:44Rizal Park, SM Manila, Ayala Bridge, P. Casal, and Quinta Market.

04:50The Philippine Red Cross also has first aid stations and welfare desks located in some places.

04:57At 12 o'clock in the evening, the Misa Mayor will start,
