00:25Sharlines will bring rain to Visayas, Cabiculan, Mimaropa, Quezon, and Dinagat Islands.

00:33So, in the mentioned areas, especially here in Visayas and Cabiculan,

00:39we should be prepared for possible floods and landslides,

00:45In the areas of Northern and Central Luzon,

00:47we will experience rain and thunderstorms brought by the Northeast Monsoon,

00:51or the cold wind.
